01 / About

A way of noticing.

I’m Abhimanyu, an engineering student. A photographer by instinct.

Landscapes and everyday streets, in colour and monochrome. I’m drawn to changing light, quiet details, and the moments that make me pause.

02 / The story

How it started.

India Gate illuminated in the colours of the Indian flag at night.

I began with my phone, photographing places I visited, people around me, sunsets and streets. I knew very little about photography; I simply liked framing a moment and keeping it with me.

My first camera made me curious about what shapes a photograph. Light, composition, lenses, exposure and editing became things I wanted to understand.

03 / My approach

A reason to pause.

A waterfall descends through mist and dark evergreen branches.
I don't photograph everything I see. I photograph what makes me stop.

Light across a building, a quiet street, a landscape disappearing into clouds, or a moment between people. I’m drawn to how a place feels as much as how it looks.

Photography gives me a reason to slow down and pay attention.

04 / Subjects

What I photograph.

A mountain peak rises through clouds behind dark trees.

Landscape

Mountains, changing weather and open spaces — and the feeling of being somewhere unfamiliar.

Pedestrians move in silhouette through a narrow passage toward the setting sun.

Street

People, movement and architecture. Small moments in ordinary places often catch my eye.

A person stands facing the water beside a dark stone structure.

Monochrome

Light, shadow, texture and expression. Removing colour can make a photograph feel simpler and more honest.

05 / Learning

Learning by doing.

A lit tower rises above two silhouetted people in the evening.
Overlapping figures in a black and white urban scene.

Most of what I know has come from going out with a camera. Experimenting with light, focal lengths, composition and editing teaches me what works — and what doesn’t.

Some lessons are technical. Others are about knowing when to wait, when to move, or when a moment is already enough.

I’m letting my style develop naturally: visiting new places, trying ideas and learning from the photographs I make.

More places to see. More moments to photograph.
